SubZen — AI Subject Generator for Zendesk

GETTING STARTED
After installing SubZen, open any ticket in Zendesk. The app appears in the
ticket sidebar. Click “Generate” to create an AI-powered subject based on the
ticket description. Click “Apply” to set it as the ticket subject.
SETTINGS
• Auto-apply — when enabled, SubZen automatically generates and applies a
subject every time a ticket is opened.
• Fallback language — the language to use if the ticket language cannot be
detected. Options: en · es · fr · it · zh
SUPPORTED LANGUAGES
SubZen auto-detects the language of the ticket description and generates the
subject in that same language. Supported: English, Spanish, French, Italian,
and Mandarin Chinese.
REQUIREMENTS
• Zendesk Support account
• Agent or Admin role
FAQ
Q: The subject was not applied automatically.
A: Make sure the “Auto-apply” option is enabled in the app settings
(Admin → Apps → SubZen → Change settings).
Q: The generated subject is in the wrong language.
A: Set the correct fallback language in the app settings.
Q: Can I regenerate a subject?
A: Yes — click “Generate” again at any time to get a new suggestion.
