SubZen — Privacy Policy

SubZen is a Zendesk app developed by tat.rocks.

  1. What data we process
    SubZen reads the description of the currently open support ticket to generate a
    subject line suggestion. This text is sent to our secure backend proxy and then
    to the Groq AI API for processing. No ticket data is stored at any point.
  2. What we do NOT collect
    We do not collect, store, or share any personal data, ticket content, agent
    information, or Zendesk account details. All processing is ephemeral —
    data is used only to generate the subject and immediately discarded.
  3. Third-party services
    SubZen uses the Groq API (groq.com) for AI inference. Groq’s privacy policy
    applies to the processing of ticket descriptions sent to their API.
    Groq does not use submitted data to train models.
  4. Data residency
    Requests are processed via a Supabase Edge Function hosted on AWS infrastructure.
    No data is written to any database.
